If, learned counsel for the petitioner took steps, within a week,notice be issued to opposite party No.2 through Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned by FAX, who will ensure service of notice upon the opposite party No.2 and submit report by the next date fixed.
Opposite party No. 2 may file counter affidavit, if any, within ten days after service of notice. One week, thereafter is allowed to learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
