Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record.
Sri Rajendra Singh Kushwaha, Advocate is present in the Court on behalf of opposite party no.4 and filed Power, the same is taken on record.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of F.I.R. dated 03.02.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0017 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 420,467,468,471 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Sampurnanagar, District Kheri.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is the father of wife/Manpreet Kaur whose husband has expired and now there is a dispute with Manpreet Kaur and her in-laws with regard to inheritance and compensation. However, an effort is going on between the families to settle the matter.
Case for consideration is made out.
Let the Counter Affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within two weeks.Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, may also be filed within one week thereafter.
List this case after three weeks.
Considering the submissions made, it is provided that till the next date of listing, petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance to the First Information Report F.I.R. dated 03.02.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0017 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 420,467,468,471 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Sampurnanagar, District Kheri. . The petitioner shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and get his statements recorded
before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called for. If he does not do so then it can be a ground for seeking vacation of this inter interim order.
