The dispute is between real brothers and there is strong possibility to get the issues between the parties settled through the process of mediation.
On being asked, both the parties are agreed that they want to settle their dispute amicably through mediation, therefore, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
All the brothers are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 30.8.2024 who shall conclude the mediation proceedings and submit a report before this Court.
