In the said circumstances, respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, District Gonda shall ensure that investigation is positively concluded and report is submitted within a period of four weeks from today or file an affidavit explaining the reasons for delay in concluding the investigation by the next date, failing which he shall be present in Court along with the entire record of the case on the next date.
