The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report bearing Case Crime No. 0034 of 2024, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Balrampur.
Though, the petitioner has been arrested after filing of this writ petition before it could be taken up as afresh case considering the contention of the petitioner's counsel that for the same incident two First Information Reports have been lodged, one by the private informant and another by the Officials/employees of the Collectorate, let learned A.G.A. seek instructions as to how two First Information Reports, if it is so, could have been lodged regarding the same incident.
