1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Sri Mohammad Alam, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 and perused the record.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are wholly innocent and have been falsely implicated in the instant case due to ulterior motive. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the present dispute is purely civil in nature and has illegally been dragged in criminal court, though the petitioners have absolutely no role to play in the said incident and as such, the impugned first information report is liable to be quashed.

1. Matter requires consideration.

1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.

1. List on 18th October, 2024 before the appropriate Bench.
