Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused material on record.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue direction to the respondents to decide the Case No. 169 of 2023 (Smt. Prabha Devi Vs. Jangjeet Singh and another) New Case No. 1126 of 2024, under Section 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station Madhogarh, District Jalaun, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Madhogarh, Jalaun as expeditiously as possible within stipulated period of time.

It is submitted that in this case, Case No. 169 of 2023 (Smt. Prabha Devi Vs. Jangjeet Singh and another) New Case No. 1126 of 2024, under Section 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station Madhogarh, District Jalaun is pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Madhogarh, Jalaun since 2023, therefore requested to issue direction to the learned court to decide the same.

Learned A.G.A. has also no objection in this regard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, it is expedient to direct the learned court to make its endeavour to decide the case in accordance with law within a period of four months, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of finally.
