- Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has further submitted that even taking into consideration the entire allegations on its face value, no offence is disclosed against the petitioner and as such, the impugned FIR is liable to be quashed.
