The present appeal under Section 14-A (2) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed to allow the present appeal and set aside the order dated 14.06.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Jalaun at Orai, by which the learned court concerned rejected the anticipatory bail application No. 927 of 2024 of the appellants in Session Trial No. 36 of 2024 (State Vs. Nafis Ahmad @ Kallu and others) arising out of FIR/Case Crime No. 913 of 2023, under Sections 386, 504, 506, 34 IPC and Section 3(2)(v-a) SC/ST Act, Police Station-Kotwali Orai, District-Jalaun.
Issue notice to respondent No. 2, returnable at an early date.
