Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya is hereby directed to ensure service of notice upon Sri Avneesh Kumar son of Sri Amar Singh, Sri Rajnish Kumar son of Sri Amar Singh and Smt. Sheela Devi wife of Jayveer Singh, all resident of village Muggpur, Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya who are the respondents in the instant petition.
