1. Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for appellants, Sri Chandra Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and learned AGA for the State.

1. At the very outset, both the learned counsels for appellant as well as opposite party no. 2 submitted that both the parties have already entered into a compromise which has been reduced in writing on dated 22.04.2024 itself but the same has not been preferred before learned concerned court.

1. Both the learned counsels are hereby requested to advise their clients to file compromise dated 22.04.2024 before learned court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, District Basti within 15 days. If compromise dated 22.04.2024 be preferred, learned court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Basti is hereby directed to verify the same in presence of both the parties and report accordingly so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of verification report.
