As per the office report dated 21.04.2023, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur has sent a report dated 20.04.2023, wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant, namely-Dinesh Kumar Tewari has expired on 08.10.2020.
Thus, in view of the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur, dated 20.04.2023, the present appeal stands abated .
