As per office report dated 09.10.2023, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardoi has sent a letter dated 03.10.2023 wherein it has been mentioned that the appellant No.1, namely-Chhattar and appellant No.2, namely-Teeka Ram have expired 15 to 20 years ago.
Thus, in view of the letter of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardoi dated 03.10.2023, the instant appeal stands abated .
