- Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that both the parties have already been entered into a compromise and the same is pending before the concerned court to be verified.
- In view thereof, learned court concerned is hereby directed to verify the compromise, if already preferred, in presence of both the parties and after verification of the same, shall send its report to this Court through Registrar (Criminal).
- List this matter in the third week of October, 2024 by that time, no coercive action shall be taken against the appellants.
