This appeal has been filed to assail the judgment and order dated 20.09.2024 passed by Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Bahraich in Sessions Trial No. 16/2022 (State of U. P. Vs. Amar Bahadur Gharti), arising out of Case Crime No. 408/2021, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Rupaideeha, District- Bahraich whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act and has been sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of Rs. 100,000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo additional imprisonment of one year.
