Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant has submitted that due to inadvertence, the appellant/applicant could not implead Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, District Lucknow, High Court legal Aid Services Authority, High Court, Lucknow Bench, Complainant/Informant of Case No.333/2020, under Section 376, 452, 511 I.P.C. and 4/18 POCSO Act, Police Station Mahanagar, District Lucknow and Victim of Offence (Minor) of Case No.333/2020, under Section 376, 452, 511 I.P.C. and 4/18 POCSO Act, Police Station Mahanagar, District Lucknow, as opposite parties. He, thus, prays that he may be permitted to implead the aforesaid parties during the course of the day.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant/applicant.

Accordingly, the application is allowed .

Let Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, District Lucknow, High Court legal Aid Services Authority, High Court, Lucknow Bench, Complainant/Informant of Case No.333/2020, under Section 376, 452, 511 I.P.C. and 4/18 POCSO Act, Police Station Mahanagar, District Lucknow and Victim of Offence (Minor) of Case No.333/2020, under Section 376, 452, 511 I.P.C. and 4/18 POCSO Act, Police Station Mahanagar, District Lucknow be impleaded as Opposite Party Nos.2 to 5, respectively.

Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant is permitted to make necessary amendment in the memo of parties during the course of the day.
