Om Prakash-Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 to challenge the order dated 12.3.2024 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Mirzapur, whereby his application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail, during the pendency of trial in Sessions Trial No. 14 of 2006, arising out of Case Crime No. 90 of 2005, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 342 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)10 Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Jigna, District Mrizapur has been rejected.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for appellant does not press this appeal and prays for withdrawal.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
