is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused Praveen Kumar Sharma (husband of the informant) has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 4202 of 2024 vide order dated 25.04.2024. Appellants/applicants are languishing in jail since 14.12.2023 and they undertake not to misuse the liberty of bail, if granted by this Court since prospect of the appeal being heard in the near future is extremely remote, hence the applicants/appellants are entitled to be released on bail during the pendency of appeal.
