Pursuant to order dated 29.04.2024, instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is listed today for limited purpose of filing compliance affidavit.
On the matter being taken up, Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Sand, learned Government Advocate has filed an affidavit of compliance dated 05.07.2024 sworn to by Mr. Nityanand Rai, presently posted as Superintendent of Police (Legal Cell), DGP Headquarter, Lucknow mentioning in para no. 8 that the applicant Rafique Ansari has been arrested on 27.05.2024 and thereafter he was produced before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, MP/MLA, District Meerut from where he has been sent to jail. The compliance affidavit dated 05.07.2024 is taken on record.
Since the order dated 29.04.2024 has been complied with, hence, the matter is consigned to record.
