Shri Ram Kewal Tripathi, Advocate has filed his 'vakalatnama' on behalf of the complainant/informant, the same is taken on record. He further submits that some reasonable time be granted for the purpose of filing counter affidavit/objections in order to place the correct facts before this Court. Similar request has been made by learned A.G.A.

Having regard to the request made by learned counsel for the complainant/informant as well as by learned A.G.A., the case is adjourned and the same shall now be listed on 30.09.2024 in the first 20 cases of the cause list, by which date the State as well as complainant/informant may bring on record any objections/counter affidavit.
