Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 and Ms. Romi Verma, who has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.3 & 4 which is taken on record.

Ms. Verma, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 & 4 states that today she is not in a position to file any objections on account of the ill health of the respondent No.3 but she fairly states that till the next date of listing, the respondents No.3 & 4 would not be pressing with the proceedings of Sessions Trial No.773 of 2024. She further prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file objections to which a reply, if any, be filed within next two weeks.

The aforesaid statement of Ms. Verma of not pursuing with the proceedings of the aforesaid sessions trial is recorded.
