Heard.
The present appeal under Section 389 CrPC has been filed against the order of conviction dated 22.02.2024 passed by Special Judge POCSO Act, Hardoi, in Special Sessions Trial No.450/2016 "State of U. P. Vs. Ram Bhajan", in Case Crime No.207/2016, under Section 354 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station- Lonar, District- Hardoi.
Considering the submission of the counsel for the appellant and the judgment of conviction, this Court is of the view that the matter requires consideration.
Accordingly, the appeal is admitted.
