Heard learned counsel for the review-petitioners as well as Sri Sudeep Kumar, Sri Anuj Kudesia and Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The present review petition has been filed with the prayer to review the judgments passed on 27.02.2024 and 06.03.2024 in Writ-C No. 1396 of 2024 in re; Shri Mujeeb Ahmad and 47 others vs. State of U.P. and 2 others alongwith the judgments passed in Writ-C No. 1372 of 2024 in re; Raju Sahu vs. State of U.P. and Others and Writ-C No. 11383 of 2023 in re; Syed Hamidul Bari vs. State of U.P. and Others.
By means of judgment and orders dated 27.02.2024 and 06.03.2024, the bunch of writ petitions was decided by this Court. Most of the persons approached the Supreme Court by way of Special Leave Petition and the judgment and orders of this Court dated 27.02.2024 and 06.03.2024 are also affirmed by the Supreme Court.
In furtherance of the judgment and orders of this Court as well as by the Supreme Court, all the illegal constructions are also demolished and the persons entitled are also provided with alternative accommodation, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present review petition in the aforesaid facts and circumstances.
The present review petition is dismissed.
