The contention of learned counsel for the revisionist is that a Claim Petition No. 207 of 2009 Inre; Preeti Gupta Vs. Farooq Ahmad was filed before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "Tribunal"), Lucknow wherein the revisionist was also impleaded on the ground that on the fateful date of accident i.e 06.05.2009, the revisionist herein was the owner of a motorcycle.
