In compliance of the order passed by this Court, Sri Ishan Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the LDA is present before this court and has placed a copy of the instruction dated 02.03.2024.
Referring the aforesaid, he submits that so far as the demolition activities with respect to Sector i of Vasant Kunj Scheam, no action is taken and no demolition is done.
He submits that the opposite party, i.e., LDA may be given a week's time to file affidavit.
As prayed, list/put up this matter in the next week.
