By means of this contempt application filed under Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, non compliance of the direction issued by this Court under its order dated 23.04.2024 passed in Writ-A No.- 6098 of 2024 has been complained of, though copy thereof was duly served upon opposite party by means of application dated 07.05.2024, copy of receipt has been brought on record as annexure-2 to the affidavit filed in support of this application. Pleading to this effect has been raised in paragraph-20 of the affidavit filed in support of this application.

Issue notice to opposite party returnable on 14th January, 2025 to show cause as to why appropriate contempt proceedings may not be drawn against opposite party under Section 12 of Contempt of Court, 1971.

However, liberty rests with opposite party to comply with the order of this Court dated 23.04.2024 passed in Writ-A No.- 6098 of 2024 and file compliance affidavit to this effect by the next date fixed. In that eventuality, opposite party need not appear in person before this Court.
