In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and states that the affidavit as stipulated in the previous order could not be prepared and filed as notices were received by the opposite party yesterday.
A copy of the instructions has been handed to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the representation of the applicant under Section 7 of the Right of Person with Disabilities Act, 2016 has been decided by order dated 25.11.2024 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Bidhuna.
The order dated 25.11.2024 has also been annexed with the instructions.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
