In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Abhijeet Chatterjee, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Diptiman Singh, Advocate, representing the opposite party has filed compliance affidavit of the Registrar, University of the Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh disclosing that by order dated 25.11.2024, the claim of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the University.
As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed.
The contempt application is disposed of.
Notices are discharged.
