Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant contempt petition has been preferred alleging noncompliance of the order dated 17.05.2024 passed in WRIT-C No.4429/2024 (Santosh Kumar Mishra v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
It is submitted that a certified copy of the order passed by the writ Court was served upon the respondents along with a representation dated 06.06.2024, however, the order passed by the writ Court has not been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of this contempt petition to Shri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, who shall seek complete instructions and inform the Court regarding compliance of the order passed by the writ Court.
List this matter again on 07.01.2025 as fresh. In the meantime, it shall be open for the respondent to comply with the order passed by the writ Court.
