Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The instant contempt petition has been preferred alleging noncompliance of the order dated 17.05.2024 passed in WRIT-C No.4415/2024 (Sri Ram Kuteer Khandsari Udhyog Pvt. Ltd., Lakhimpur Kheri v. State of U.P. & Ors.). Liberty was also granted to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the respondent and the respondent authority was directed to decide the same within a period of six weeks.

It is stated by the petitioner that a certified copy of the order passed by the writ Court was served upon the respondent through registered post along with a representation dated 30.05.2024, however, the order passed by the writ Court has not yet been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of this contempt petition to Shri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, who shall seek complete instructions and inform the Court regarding compliance of the order passed by the writ Court.

List this matter again on 07.01.2025 as fresh. In the meantime, it shall be open for the respondent to comply with the order passed by the writ Court.
