Heard the counsel for the applicant.
The present contempt application has been filed pleading the disobedience of the order dated 19.1.2024 passed by this Court in Matters under Article 227 No. 10206 of 2023.
A perusal of the order-sheet annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application does not show that there has been any willful disobedience of the order by the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court, who is the opposite party in the present case. A perusal of the order-sheet indicates that the case registered under Order XXXIX Rule 2A is not being decided because the Commissioner has not yet submitted his report.
The application is dismissed .
