The present application has been filed pleading the disobedience of the order dated 31.7.2023 passed by this Court in Writ - B No. 2672 of 2023.
A perusal of the order-sheet of the case annexed with the contempt application does not show that there has been any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
No contempt so far as has been committed by the opposite party.
The application is dismissed .
