Shri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent has filed an affidavit of compliance of respondent and has submitted that the mutation proceedings has been decided on 10.12.2024, as directed by this Court vide its judgment and order dated 04.04.2024.
Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Matters Under Article 227 No. 254 of 2024 has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
