Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has submitted that the compliance affidavit has already been filed by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and now it is to be complied by Respondent Nos.3 and 4.
On being asked from the learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 whether the order passed by the writ court has been complied with or not, he has replied that there is difficulty in complying the order dated 22.08.2023 passed by the writ court and prays for ten days' time for filing counter affidavit bringing on record the facts an documents to show that the noncompliance is not willful.
As prayed, ten days' time is granted.
