Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has filed affidavit of compliance which is taken on record. He informs that representation of the applicant has already been decided on 24.06.2024.
Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ court as well as the affidavit of compliance, it is evident that representation of the applicant has already been decided therefore, no contempt is made out against the respondent.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is having any grievance.
