On 05.09.2024, the following order was passed:-

" 1. Mr. Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent requested for some time to file affidavit of compliance.

2. The prayer made is allowed.

3. List this case on 03.10.2024, as fresh.

4. On the next date, affidavit of compliance be filed, failing which, respondent shall again appear in person before this Court."

In pursuance of the aforesaid order, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Shri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite party, duly signed by Shri Anand Kumar Singh, Managing Director, Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy Federation Ltd, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has submitted that the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with in relation to the respondent and he also informed that the rest of the amount is already credited in the account of the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant prays for some more time to file reply to the affidavit of compliance.

The prayer is allowed.
