Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that the judgment and order of this Court dated 05.01.2024 has not complied in its letter and spirit for the reason the applicant is entitled for family pension from the date of the death of her mother i.e. 30.04.2018 whereas the arrears of pension has been made from 10.05.2024
At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is granted three weeks' time for filing compliance affidavit.
