i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari, thereby quashing the order dated 26.12.2022, issued by the Opposite Party no. 2/ Director General of Police, U.P., Lucknow, so far as it relates to the petitioner, as contained in Annexure No. 1, being most illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unconstitutional being violative to the fundamental right of the petitioner and against the right to equality enshrined under Article 14 of the Constitution of India, so as to meet the ends of justice.
ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Opposite Party No. 2 to refer the matter to the Chairman Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment And Promotion Board, Lucknow/the Opposite Party No. 3 to call the meeting of the Departmental Selection Committee, to open its recommendations of the year 2013 and to promote the petitioner on the post of Inspector (Civil Police) with effect from year 2013 against the vacancy of the year 2013 allocated to the petitioner w.e.f. the date of promotion to his immediate junior, so as to meet the ends of justice.
iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No. 3 i.e. Chairman Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment And Promotion Board, Lucknow to call the meeting of the Departmental Selection Committee, to open its recommendations of the year 2013 and to promote the petitioner on the post of Inspector (Civil Police) with effect from year 2013 against the vacancy of the year 2013 allocated to the petitioner in accordance to the law.
iv. Issue any other suitable order or direction writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, just and
proper in the circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner.
v. Allow the writ petition with costs in favour of the petitioner.
