"(i) The applicant as stated by this counsel shall pay Rs. 2,84,000/- in two equal installments within 80 days from today and the first installment shall be paid within 30 days from today.
(ii) It is further provided that the amount of Rs. 2,84,000/- may be adjusted against any order which may be passed against the applicant by any forum pertaining to the payment of dispute existing between the parties.
(iii) It is also clarified that violation of this condition alone would be sufficient in itself to cancel the facility of bail granted by this Court.
(iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence by intimidating/pressurizing the witnesses, during the investigation or trial.
(v) The applicant shall cooperate in the trial sincerely without seeking any adjournment.
(vi) The applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity or commission of any crime after being released on bail. "
