1 . Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

3 . It is argued by the counsel for the applicant that the co-accused were enlarged on bail vide orders dated 30.08.2024 and 05.09.2024, as such, the applicant may also be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.

4. Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail prayer but could not dispute the parity.

¶10

5. Considering the allegations against the applicant to be similar to the co-accused, who have been enlarged on bail, the applicant who has criminal history of one case, in which he is on bail, is enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed .

Let the applicant Mangra @ Taufeeq be released on bail in FIR/ Case Crime No. 80 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201, 34 IPC, Police Station Naveen Modern Police Thana Shrawasti, District Shrawasti, on his furnishing personal bonds and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the

following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶14

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶15

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
