Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in F.I.R/Case Crime No.3075 of 2017, under sections 376-D and 506 I.P.C., Police StationJarwal Road, District-Bahraich.

Counsel for the applicant argues that the co-accused has been enlarged on bail by this Court today i.e. 30.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.4409 of 2024.

Considering the allegation against the applicant to be similar, the applicant is enlarged on bail as his criminal history has been explained in para 17 to the bail application which is minor offence. The application is, thus, allowed.

Let the applicant-Chandrabhan be released on bail in aforesaid first information report number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
