Shri Paritosh Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has pointed out that the application No. IA-6 of 2024 has been filed by Shri Atul Verma, Advocate with a prayer that the bail application be dismissed as not pressed. An affidavit has been filed along with the application by Arvind Kumar Yadav, who is deponent and is brother of the applicant.
However, Shri Paritosh Shukla, appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that he wants to press the said application and he wants to argue the case.
As prayed, let necessary affidavit be filed by him within three days.
