1. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is in custody since 11.12.2020 and out of the total 21 witnesses, only 5 witnesses have been examined as per the information received by him; he does not have a copy of their deposition.
2. The trial Court concerned is directed to record the statements of the formal witnesses within a period of two months from today and send a status report of the trial.
3. Superintendent of Police, Hardoi is directed to ensure that formal witnesses do not take any unnecessary adjournments in the matter and their statements are recorded before the trial Court concerned.
4. List after two months by which time the report shall also be furnished by the trial court alongwith the statements recorded so far.
5. Let a copy of this order be send to the trial Court concerned and the Superintendent of Police for compliance.
