Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.

The accused-applicants seek bail in Case Crime No.134 of 2023 under sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 307, 302/34 IPC, P.S. Maharajganj, District Ayodhya/Faizabad.

It is argued that the co-accused Laxmi was enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 16.02..2024 passed in Bail No.12755 of 2023 mainly on the ground that no specific allegations were levelled against the applicant and the fact that the said applicant was a lady.

It is argued that in terms of the allegations, the applicants are similarly situated to the co-accused Laxmi who has been enlarged on baill and the applicants have no criminal history.

Considering the fact that there was no specific allegation against the applicants, the applicants who have no criminal criminal antecedents and are in custody since 20.05.2023 are entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed.

Let the applicants Santram Kori and Aditya be released on bail in aforesaid first information report number subject to their furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicants shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶13

(b) The applicants shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which they are accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶14

(c) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
