1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pranesh Sinha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
2. Issue notice to opposite party No.2 returnable at an early date, for which, necessary steps be taken within a week.
3. Office to proceed accordingly.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has served the notice upon opposite party No.2 through the Station House Officer concerned, however, no one has appeared on his/ her behalf.
5. Let objection/ counter affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks.
6. List this case in the week commencing 13.01.2025 as fresh.
7. On that date, this case may be taken up after fresh cases.
