2. The applicant is in jail since 11.7.2024 in ST No. 2378 of 2024, Crime No. 223 of 2024, u/s 69 & 115 (2) BNS & section 3/5 UP (Prohibition to Unlawful Conversion Act, 2021) P.S. Mall, District Lucknow. It has been submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case as he has not committed the offence as alleged.
