Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

2 . It is argued by the counsel for the applicant that the co-accused i.e. father in law and mother in law were enlarged on bail vide order dated 28.08.2024. The applicant herein is the husband of the deceased.

3. Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail prayer.

¶9

4. Considering and adopting the reasoning as recorded in paragraph nos. 3 and 5 of the bail order dated 28.08.2024, the applicant is also enlarged on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed .

5. Let the applicant Santosh be released on bail in FIR/ Case Crime No. 0143 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Manjhila, District Hardoi, on his furnishing personal bonds and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶12

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶13

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
