Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
Shri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the respondents submits that Lal Bagh has wrongly been mentioned in the memo of application with the address of respondent no.2 i.e. the Executive Engineer, Electrical/Mechanical, Nagar Nigam, Lucknow, whereas the correct address is given in the agreement and the correspondences annexed with the application. He further submits that the office of the Executive Engineer i.e. respondent no.2 is in the Eldico Green, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
However since he is appearing for the respondent no.1, therefore, he shall also seek instructions from the respondent no.2 and may file objection, if any, alongwith his 'Vakalatnama' as the respondent no.2 is also the officer of the respondent no.1/Corporation.
However in the meantime learned counsel for the applicant shall move appropriate application for amendment in the address of respondent no.2.
List in the 1st week of January, 2025.
