- Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Kunwar Tejendra Bahadur, learned AGA, for the State, are present.
- This is anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and however it reflects that that during investigation arrest of the applicant was stayed and after submission of charge sheet applicant challenged the cognizance order before this Court vide Application U/s 482 No. 30360 of 22021 along with two others and on 7.1.2022 this Court quashed the cognizance order of the case and remitted back the matter to the trial court to pass appropriate order but from the reocrd it could not be reflected that after order dated 7.1.2022 passed by this Court applicant has been summoned again in the matter or not.
- At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted ten days time to file cognizance/summoning order, if any, passed with regard to the applicant after the order dated 7.1.2022 passed by this Court.
- At the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, list this case on 23.9.2024 in the additional cause list in top ten cases.
