- Heard counsel for the applicant, Sri V.P. Tripathi, learned AGA for the State and perused the material on record.
- The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 14 of 2022, under Sections 323, 307, 34, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Hapur Dehat, District-Hapur.
- Counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per the allegations in the first information report, the applicant is alleged to have caused injury on the head of Salman. As per the medical report of Salman, he received injuries which were found simple in nature. Further, during investigation, the applicant was granted anticipatory bail till submission of Police report vide order dated 08.04.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2737 of 2022 (Saddam vs. State of U.P. and another). Investigation has been completed. Charge-sheet has been submitted. The applicant had cooperated in the investigation. No custodial interrogation is required. The applicant has been summoned by the court concerned. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. The applicant has apprehension of his arrest in the above mentioned case.
